Ombudsman
The Ombudsman is a service channel for you to present suggestions, compliments, requests, complaints and complaints related to our services.
The ombudsman exists to ensure customer support and promote excellence in customer service. It is a recurring channel, that is, it analyzes complaints and demands from customers who, for whatever reason, did not have a satisfactory solution in the first level service channels.
